She’s got a heavy entotic fold, so I’m staying superior to that as marked by the lines. These are not the hinderers line and all that stuff that has become so popular right now because I don’t really think that’s the right design and I haven’t drawn it out here but I will go over what I think is better way of mapping mid-face volume augmentation, and as I lay these little grafts in there I’m feeling what I’m doing but it’s these tiny little micro grafts that I’m using with the standard needle.”
